We make puzzles, not profiles. This page says what we hold, why, and how to have it removed. It is short because there isn't much.

The app
Pieceling collects nothing. There are no analytics, no ads and no account. Your puzzles and your progress are stored on your device and, if you turn it on, in your own iCloud, which Apple runs and we cannot see. Nothing about you is sent to us.
This website
This site has no analytics and sets no cookies. It loads no scripts or fonts from anyone else.
If you leave your email to hear about the launch, we store your address, the device you chose if we asked, and the time you signed up, in a Supabase database in the EU (London). We use it to send one email on launch day and for nothing else. We don't share it or sell it.
To be removed, email [email protected] and we'll delete your address by hand.
Artists' enquiries
If you write to us about your work, we keep what you send: your name, your email, a link to your portfolio and your note. We keep it until we've answered you, plus 12 months in case we're able to work together later. Ask and we'll delete it sooner.
